1. Returns & Refunds

- You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- To qualify for a refund:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    • A completed return form must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

- Underwear, personal care products, health/wellness items that have been opened.

- Exception: If these items arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

3. Return Shipping

- Buyer pays return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

- We recommend using a tracked shipping method—you’re responsible for lost returns.

4. Damaged/Defective Items

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

- We’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@liodall.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide a return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back with the return form and tracking.

6. Refund Method

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method 

- Processing times depend on your bank/PayPal (typically 3–10 business days).
